Gran Canaria - Las Palmas Airport, also known as Gando Airport, is the largest in passenger and cargo traffic between the airports of the Canary Islands, plus the sixth in the state of Spain received more than 13 Million passengers in 2017.

Gran Canaria Airport is located in Bay of Gando, at just 25 kms from one of the most important tourist centers of the island of Gran Canaria and 19 km. the center of the capital, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Considered one of the safest airports in the world, operates 24 hours and has two parallel runways with a length of 3100 meters and a width of 45 meters. each operating with major companies such as Air Europa, EasyJet and Iberia among others, and traffic between the islands to Tenerife Airport or to Lanzarote Airport operated by Binter Canarias and Naysa.

Gran Canaria Airport has currently a single terminal, split into three areas: Area A (for Schengen international flghts), Area B (Domestic flights to Spanish Peninsula and non-Schengen flights), and Area C (inter-island flights within Canary Islands). More information

Gran Canaria Airport means a relevant connection to travel to West Africa (Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Senegal, Cape Verde, among others), and to the Atlantic Isles of Azores and Madeira. It operates with 60 airlines and is the operative base for NAYSA, Binter Canarias, Canaryfly, Ryanair, Vueling Airlines and Norwegian Air Shuttle. Car directions
